1. Purpose

These terms govern purchases in the Casandra Girls Club online shop. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products and prices

Prices are set in euros and may be displayed in your local currency using the daily exchange rate. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm the order. We may change prices and the catalogue at any time.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. If a product is unavailable we'll let you know and you can choose an equivalent product or a refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on the shipping & returns page. Times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties paid by the recipient.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Our pieces are assembled and packed by hand to order, and custom pieces are made to the customer's specifications. Because of their nature these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, so returns and cancellations are not accepted once the order has entered production.

This does not affect your consumer rights if a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incomplete or different from the one ordered: in those cases we replace or refund it at no cost. Full details are on the shipping & returns page.

6. Product safety

Our pieces are decorative items recommended for ages 14 and up. The kit includes B7000 jewellery glue with professional adhesion: use it in a ventilated space, avoid prolonged skin contact and keep it away from children and pets. The gems are small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 due to the risk of swallowing.

7. Guarantee

Products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity. If you receive a faulty item, contact us and we'll sort it out.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and European consumer protection rules.
